What You'll Be Doing

• Processing a range of insurance transactions, including more complex technical work
• Preparing, reviewing insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting broking and technical teams with day-to-day insurance processing requirements

About You

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in insurance operations, broking support, technical processing or policy administration. You may currently work for an insurance broker, insurer, underwriting agency or another organisation within the insurance sector.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in an insurance technician, insurance administration, broking support or similar role.
• A sound understanding of insurance principles and the policy lifecycle.
• Knowledge of insurance broking, claims, premiums or delegated authority processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and relevant insurance systems.
• Good communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CII qualifications or equivalent technical insurance knowledge and experience would be beneficial.
