Job summary

EY UK is recruiting for an Insurance Transformation Manager to lead delivery across business and technology workstreams within Insurance. You will manage core platform implementations, cloud adoption, data transformation and AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires deep insurance domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and ability to guide teams through scoping, discovery and requirements to deployment with both Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager in a consulting organisation.
• Delivery leadership across insurance tech transformations and lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of insurance value chains, operating models and processes.
• Implementation experience with core platforms (Guidewire, EIS).
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and understanding AI concepts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for Insurance clients across business and technology workstreams.
• Manage workstreams across platform implementation, cloud adoption, data transformation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead full lifecycle transformation initiatives from scoping to deployment.
• Apply insurance expertise to define strategies and deliverables and shape solutions.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development.
