Qualifications

• Extensive and deep knowledge of insurance organisations and their value chains, business models, processes, capabilities and technology solutions across General, Commercial and Life insurance.
• Experience leading transformation programs within Insurance, delivering measurable value for clients.
• Strong client relationships and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams for Insurance clients across business and technology workstreams.
• Manage insurance client engagements through their lifecycle with focus on revenue and profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants to grow the practice capabilities.
