EY is seeking proven Insurance-focused Senior Managers to lead transformative engagements in London, directing multidisciplinary teams and advising C-level clients. You will shape strategy, manage delivery across the insurance value chain, mentor staff, and drive growth within a globally connected practice.

Location is London with ~3 days in EY or client offices, offering flexible working and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level experience in a consulting organisation.
• Deep knowledge of insurance organisations and their value chains, business models, processes, capabilities and technology solutions & vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams for Insurance clients across business and technology workstreams.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Manage insurance client engagements through their lifecycle, including risk, revenue and profitability.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, contributing to capability building within the practice.
• Apply core consulting skills to understand client challenges and translate them into strategies and deliverables.
• Design optimal technology solutions to meet insurers' capability demands.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles and drive delivery outcomes for client goals.
• Shape proposals and drive business development within Insurance.
