Job summary

EY is seeking an Insurance Transformation Manager in London to guide strategic delivery across business and technology workstreams. You will combine deep insurance knowledge with consulting expertise to shape solutions, engage stakeholders, and drive measurable value for clients.

You will lead initiatives across core platforms, cloud adoption, data transformations and AI-enabled capabilities, working with diverse EY capabilities to deliver outcomes and growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery workstreams across insurance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of insurance value chains and operating models.
• Experience with core insurance platforms and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams for Insurance clients across business and technology workstreams.
• Manage defined workstreams including core platform implementation, systems integration, cloud adoption, data transformation, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead change and technology transformation initiatives through the full lifecycle: scoping, discovery, requirements, build, deployment and readiness.
