We're hiring for an Insurance Team Leader to join our Credit Control team on a full time, permanent basis.

We aim to provide an experience that is both fulfilling and meaningful. Reaching your goals is important and we're committed to helping you get there. There will be opportunities to expand and enhance your skills and experience by working with other teams and departments and we'll ensure you stay relevant in your role and industry.

Whether it’s prioritising tasks, having honest conversations, or delivering on tight timelines, you get it done with integrity and focus.

Your resilience and adaptability mean you thrive in fast-moving environments, and your organisation skills keep both people and processes on track. You take pride in building positive relationships—internally and externally—and you lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust quickly

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a calm approach to pressure or shifting priorities

  • Super-organised with sharp attention to detail—even when juggling multiple projects

Bonus Skills (We’ll Help You Get There):

  • A working knowledge of London Market credit control (bureau/non-bureau)

  • Understanding of legal/regulatory frameworks like FCA or Lloyd’s

  • Exposure to underwriting or insurance admin processes

  • Familiarity with reinsurance or class-specific insurance knowledge
