Page Executive seeks a Solutions Practice Lead for Lloyds Market Strengthen Solutions. You will design, develop and deploy customer-focused insurance solutions, lead end-to-end solutioning, respond to RFPs with architecture details, and drive proactive proposals and client presentations.

Responsibilities include leading transformations, guiding teams on feasibility and architecture, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Insurance Services, Life, P&C, Health, and Reinsurance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions.
• Proven experience in creating proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for client meetings and demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions across insurance domains.
• Own end-to-end solutioning, including understanding domain needs and tailoring solutions.
• Respond to RFPs with architecture details and value propositions.
• Create proactive proposals addressing emerging client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and oral defenses for stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with transformation goals.
• Lead transformation initiatives and align with the transformation roadmap.
• Guide teams on feasibility, architecture, and implementation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.
