Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to steer insurance solutions from sales through delivery to SaaS and AI platform migration. The role bridges presales and delivery across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance, with a focus on non-functional requirements and platform roadmaps.

The position supports a hybrid London or Cardiff model, guiding client outcomes, defining done, and ensuring value realization across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have track record designing enterprise insurance solutions across presales and delivery.
• Strong ability to frame solutions around business outcomes and platform capabilities.
• Experience with SaaS migrations and core platform extension patterns.

Responsabilités

• Engage during sales to build product/industry context and opportunities.
• Frame solutions around business outcomes, mapping them to platform deliverables.
• Define and agree on the formal definition of done with the client.
• Address non-functional and operational requirements up front, including performance and security.
• Contribute to the implementation plan and determine dependencies with clients.
• Lead conversations with Product and R&D when platform gaps appear.
• Serve as the depth layer behind presales, architecting the solution.
