Page Executive seeks a Solutions Practice Lead for Lloyds Market Strengthen Solutions. You will design, develop and deploy customer-focused insurance solutions, lead end-to-end solutioning, respond to RFPs with architecture details, and drive proactive proposals and client presentations.

Responsibilities include leading transformations, guiding teams on feasibility and architecture, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with business goals.

Solutions Practice Lead - Lloyds Market Strengthen Solutions

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions across insurance and related domains.
• Own the end-to-end solutioning process, including:
• Understanding domain-specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Responding to RFPs with detailed solution architecture and value propositions.
• Creating proactive proposals to address emerging or latent business needs.
• Preparing and delivering presentations, demos, and oral defenses for stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals and transformation objectives.

Transformation Support

• Actively leads transformation initiatives by contributing domain and technical expertise.
• Align solutions with the overall transformation roadmap and strategic goals.
• Provide consultative input during opportunity assessment and execution phases.

Techno-Functional & Consultative Expertise

• Serve as a bridge between business and technology, offering deep domain knowledge and technical insight.
• Guide teams on solution feasibility, architecture, and implementation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Lead the development and implementation of property and casualty strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Identify and address client needs within the insurance.
