• Advise clients on insurance covers, limits and endorsements.
• Build and present tailored proposals across products.
• Follow up on quotations and open opportunities to drive conversion.
• Handle questions and objections; guide clients to informed decisions.
• Complete sales compliantly with accurate documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Acturis/CRM and summarise risk notes.
