PIB Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group, is seeking a Team Leader to lead a client-facing insurance team in the UK. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality service to commercial clients while supporting new business, income and retention targets.

You will oversee day-to-day workflow, provide technical guidance, and collaborate across departments to improve sales processes and client outcomes. A collaborative, fast-paced culture awaits.

Formación

• Experience in commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of FSA requirements and standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a team leader capacity (Desirable).
• Ability to coach and mentor and lead by example.
• Knowledge of Acturis platform (Desirable).
• Knowledge of Insurer Extranet Platforms (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of client-facing insurance professionals.
• Drive performance and maintain high service standards.
• Coach team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Loster day-to-day workflow and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and growth within existing client base.
• Provide technical guidance on commercial insurance products.
