ExamWorks UK Careers is currently working with a client who is a specialist in the insurance sector, focusing on legal expense claims, credit hire, and after event services (ATE).
After the event (ATE) insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection for clients, allowing claimants and defendants to pursue or defend legal claims without the fear of incurring further costs after the event, once the claim's status is decided.
Are you an Account Manager with strong experience managing legal firms and building long-lasting, credible relationships? Do you possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, trends, and develop strategies for customer growth?
Do you have a strong understanding of the legal expense insurance sector, specifically working with legal firms and ATE?
Please note: Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence.
You must be an expert in the legal sector, particularly in after-event services following road traffic collisions (ATE & RTA).
You should have a strong reputation in the sales and account management field, known for excellent customer service and relationship building.
Proven experience in expanding a customer base, engaging clients, and upselling or cross-selling services.
You will serve as the main contact for current and prospective legal accounts and solicitor firms.
Develop strategic approaches to new business through networking, events, and sales efforts, both desk-based and field-based.
Collaborate with internal teams such as accounts, sales administration, and claims to ensure excellent customer experience and growth of the company's reputation.
