Job Description:

Exam Works UK Careers is currently working with a client, a specialist in the insurance sector, offering legal expense insurance for road traffic accidents, and public and employer liability claims.

About you:

Are you an Account Manager with strong experience in managing key legal firms and building long-lasting, credible relationships? Do you possess excellent communication and presentation skills?

Do you have a solid understanding of selling within the legal expenses or insurance sector, specifically dealing with legal firms and commercial clients under FCA regulations?

Our client seeks someone with experience selling insurance products to commercial or legal clients, focusing on "Before the Event" (BTE) or "After the Event" (ATE) services.

You may have experience in sectors such as:

• Road traffic accidents
• Public liability
• Employer liability
• Financial mis-selling
• Housing disrepair

This is a standalone role managing and engaging with multiple key clients, both face-to-face and virtually. The right candidate will manage their own portfolio and grow the legal expenses sector of the business.

You will also seek new business opportunities to expand the legal expenses portfolio, establishing and strengthening relationships with legal clients and selling relevant services and insurance products.

Note: Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel across the country.
