Job summary

Harrison Holgate in London is seeking a Product and Customer Outcomes Assistant for our Insurance Risk & Compliance team. You will help ensure product oversight, regulatory compliance and positive customer outcomes in a hybrid London role.

The position collaborates with Operations, Underwriting, Wordings and DUA teams to analyse data, identify trends and support fair value assessments while driving continuous improvement and customer-centric results.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance market, ideally personal lines or SME commercial insurance.
• Background in Compliance, Underwriting, Product Management or Operations.
• Experience of complaints handling, product governance, delegated authority or data analysis would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support product governance and review complaints and management information.
• Contribute to Fair Value Assessments and monitor customer outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and strengthen processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements including Consumer Duty.
