Insurance Product Executive

Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in East Grinstead, ideally suited to candidates based in London, Kent or Sussex

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Overview

This role is within the Insurance & Financial Services team, focusing on developing, improving, and overseeing member-facing insurance products such as travel, health, caravanning, and ferry insurance. You will ensure products meet regulatory standards, respond to member feedback, and remain competitive.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Respond to member feedback and improve product offerings
• Assist with call centre queries (~20% of time)
• Analyze claims data, trends, and feedback
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of insurance products, especially travel, health, or niche cover
• Experience with regulated products; FCA knowledge is a plus
• Analytical skills in reviewing claims data and trends
• Member-focused, empathetic approach
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Google Workspace
• Experience in product support or technical customer service
