Job summary

B2e Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a complex end-to-end review of Estimated Premium Income (EPI) and Credit Control for a leading London Market insurer. The role requires coordinating resources, governance, and stakeholders across Underwriting, Operations, Finance and Analytics in a hybrid London-based setup.

The project aims to identify tactical improvements, define a future-state operating model, and deliver a roadmap and business case for 2027 onward.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' project management experience within Financial Services.
• Understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, particularly premium capture.
• Understanding of Credit Control and associated processes.
• Experience managing delivery plans, project governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across business functions and organisational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, organised and results-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand business processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project delivery plans, track progress, manage dependencies and ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
• Mobilise and coordinate subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee and direct the activities of Business Analyst and Operational Excellence resources supporting the project.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies, ensuring appropriate governance and regular reporting.
• Coordinate an end-to-end review of EPI and Credit Control processes, including existing processes, data flows, controls and ownership.
• Oversee the identification of process inefficiencies, manual workarounds, reconciliation challenges and control weaknesses.
• Facilitate engagement across Underwriting, Operations, Credit Control, Finance, Actuarial and Data & Analytics.
• Coordinate the identification and prioritisation of tactical improvements for implementation during 2027.
• Support the definition of a future-state operating model to improve EPI governance, Credit Control effectiveness, reconciliation capability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the development of a roadmap and business case for future implementation activity.
