Job summary

B2e Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading London Market Insurer in reviewing end-to-end Estimated Premium Income (EPI) and Credit Control processes. The role involves mapping the landscape, identifying pain points and designing a future-state operating model to support 2027 transformations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance project management, a deep understanding of the London Market lifecycle, and strong stakeholder management and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within Insurance and the London Market.
• Understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, specifically premium capture.
• Understanding of EPI/Credit Control and associated processes.
• Strong written, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end EPI and Credit Control process landscape.
• Establish a single view of current processes, data flows, controls and ownership.
• Identify pain points, workarounds, reconciliations and control weaknesses.
• Define tactical improvements that can be delivered during 2027.
• Design a future-state operating model supporting: Consistent EPI governance, Improved Credit Control, Reduced manual intervention, Improved reconciliation, Future Core Platform and Finance Transformation requirements.
• Produce a roadmap and business case for future implementation activity.
