Job summary

• Good knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and the classes of business written at Talbot.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Working towards the CII exams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and updating of operational reports.
• Document scanning and indexing into the DMS system.
• Ensure timeliness for all measured tasks and data entry according to guidelines.
• Ensure underwriters address items received electronically promptly.
• Resolve contract certainty queries/failures in a timely manner.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Attend and prepare documentation for team meetings.
• Adhere to the binder approval process.
• Provide box support at Lloyd’s when required.
• Ad-hoc and general administration duties for the UTS Core team.
