Specialist Risk Group in Shoreham-by-Sea is seeking an Insurance Operations & Customer Service Administrator to support brokers, insurers and service providers, handling policy and claims activities with accuracy and professionalism.

The role focuses on operational queries, referrals, data validation, complaints handling support, and producing management information while contributing to product governance and broader business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, customer service or administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Interest in insurance products, claims processes and the wider insurance market.

Responsabilités

• Support brokers, insurers and service providers with operational and policy queries.
• Review referrals, validate policy information and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with claims queries and delegated authority reviews for fair customer outcomes.
• Support complaint handling processes and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare management information and support product governance and reporting activities.
• Assist with product administration, broker communications and wider business operations.
