About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance Operations Analyst to join a new team based in London, Nottingham, or Dublin. This business-facing role involves managing and supporting business applications, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing processes across the organization. Key responsibilities include continuous process improvement, system releases, data integrity management, and collaboration with the data analytics team to create dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and document testing of system changes, including configurations and new releases.
2. Document processes and controls with business owners.
3. Work with process owners to optimize workflows and ensure correct system configurations.
4. Act as a SuperUser for systems such as VIPR’s Intarga (Contract Management, Onboarding, and Underwriting Workflow tool), Intrali (Bordereaux Processing), and AutoRek, to correct data within provided guidelines.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in a business-facing role with stakeholder management skills at peer level and above. Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar is required, along with excellent SQL and/or PowerBI skills, familiarity with workflow tools, process documentation, and design. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Experience in the insurance sector is key. Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
