Do you have 6 months experience within the insurance industry?

My client, a well-established insurance company, is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This presents an excellent opportunity to work alongside an established team that provides centralized support for the underwriting business.

What you will actually do -

  1. Provide centralized support to the underwriting business
  2. Assist in managing outsourcing contracts
  3. Review, monitor, and enhance processes and procedures
  4. Offer technical assistance to internal teams and external partners
  5. Conduct training sessions on procedures and systems
  6. Prepare operational, performance, and statistical reports
  7. Review credit control and broker ledger service level agreements (SLAs)
  8. Perform quality control for risk capture
  9. Verify bank accounts and transactions
  10. Conduct quality control for event coding
  11. Support month-end reporting
  12. Assist with general claims administration

What you will need -

  1. 6 months experience within the insurance industry
  2. Advanced numeracy skills
  3. Previous experience in Operations or Administration (desirable)
  4. Keen attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Willingness to learn and grow
  7. Study support will be provided to complete the CII qualification (Chartered Insurance Institute)
