London Market Operations SME - Insuretech Consultancy

Are you an operations specialist with hands-on experience in the London Market insurance sector? We’re looking for an experienced Insurance professional to join our team and support transformation projects for leading specialty insurers.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the operations SME on client projects, advising on business processes across underwriting, underwriting support, and claims

• Bring real-world London Market knowledge to our team—helping translate complex operations into successful change and technology initiatives

• Partner with consultants, technologists, and clients to shape solutions rooted in true business practice

• Use your expertise to improve workflows, identify pain points, and design better operational models

• Train and guide teams on specialty market processes and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on operational experience in the London Market (underwriting, underwriting support, or claims)
