Gallagher in Wales is looking for a Development Executive to join our growing Mid-Market team. You will identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities across the Welsh market, building valuable relationships that drive sustainable growth.

Formación

• Experience within the insurance industry and a strong understanding of commercial insurance and client relationship management.
• You may already be an experienced Business Development Executive, Development Executive, or Producer.
• You could be an ambitious Account Handler, Account Manager, SME Executive, or similar insurance professional with a proven ability to build relationships and a desire to move into a more sales-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek and respond to new business opportunities whilst exceeding agreed targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral and affinity partners, becoming a trusted extension of their network.
• Regularly engage with partners and prospects across the region, building long-term relationships that generate sustainable new business opportunities.
• Focus on understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored insurance solutions, leveraging our broad range of products and services.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a proactive approach to business development.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, industry functions, and partner meetings to identify and maximise new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and underwriters to secure the most appropriate solutions for your clients.
• Present a professional and credible image of Gallagher, promoting our expertise and values at every opportunity.
