Job summary

Radius Limited runs a two-year rotational graduate programme across our Insurance team, including lead generation, SME broking, claims, and project management. You will gain hands-on experience from day one and be mentored by a director to develop into a future leader.

There is potential for a 6-month international secondment at a global office, and you will act as a brand ambassador, adding value at job fairs and mentoring new graduates each year.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:1 degree (achieved or expected).
• Evidence of passion, ambition, and drive to succeed.
• Some work experience or extracurricular activities is a plus.
• Interest in growing within insurance including CII qualification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year rotational programme across Insurance areas.
• Lead generation, SME broking, claims, and project delivery activities.
• Mentor from a director, drive efficiencies, and innovate processes.
• Possibly undertake a 6-month international secondment at global offices.
