Job summary

Davies Group is seeking an Intelligence Analyst for Insurance Fraud based in Bolton. The role involves analysing claims and producing reports to support case progression, using IT tools to identify fraudulent activity and compiling intelligence for internal and external stakeholders.

The analyst will draft statements, present findings to lawyers, and work to deadlines while maintaining high professional standards within the Legal department.

Qualifications

• Understanding of legal framework for intelligence disclosure.
• Drafting comprehensive, professional reports summarising key issues.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyse claims files and provide reports to Clients and File Handlers.
• Research to validate or rule out fraud indicators using desktop systems.
• Prepare witness evidence (statements) for civil court proceedings when needed.
• Produce proactive intelligence reports with IT tools.
• Brief lawyers and clients on key facts of investigations.
• Generate intelligence led fraud risk assessments for insurance fraud cases.
