Job summary

Keoghs in Birmingham is recruiting an Intel Analyst to join our busy Intelligence Team. You will analyse claims, identify relevant intelligence, and prepare evidence for court proceedings.

Using iBase, i2 Analysts Notebook and Excel, you will compile reports, brief lawyers and clients, and support fraud risk assessments. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to compile and present intelligence clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse claims files and provide reports to clients and file handlers.
• Research using desktop systems to validate information and detect fraud.
• Prepare witness statements and briefs for court proceedings when required.
• Produce proactive intelligence reports for internal/external customers.
• Mentor trainee analysts and manage time within SLAs.
