Keoghs in Bolton seeks an Intelligence Analyst to join the Insurance Fraud team. You will analyse claims, identify evidence from multiple sources and support case resolution.

You will prepare reports, witness statements for civil courts, and deliver intelligence briefs to lawyers and clients. Proficiency with iBase, i2 and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• Understanding of legal framework for disclosure.
• Draft comprehensive and professional reports.
• Basic commercial awareness.
• Communication skills - verbal and written.
• Good telephone manner.
• Confidence liaising with clients when presenting arguments.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Work independently and think innovatively.

Responsibilities

• Analyse claims files and report outcomes to clients and file handlers.
• Research and locate information using desktop systems to validate potential fraud.
• Compile reports on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraud.
• Prepare witness statements for civil court proceedings when required.
• Produce proactive intelligence reports using IT tools (iBase, i2, Excel).
• Deliver briefs to lawyers and clients on key facts.
• Prepare fraud risk assessment reports.
• Create reports following the Intelligence Cycle and National Intelligence Model.
• Mentor trainee analysts when possible.
• Meet daily chargeable targets.
• Comply with SLAs and time recording as per policy.
• Record time in Keoghs' timekeeping system.
