Job summary

Keoghs is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join the busy Intelligence Team in Birmingham. The role focuses on analysing insurance fraud across motor fraud, credit hire, EL/PL and complex injury matters, gathering intelligence from multiple sources to support case resolutions.

Responsibilities include producing reports, crafting witness statements, and delivering briefings to lawyers and clients. Proficiency in IT tools and meeting deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing insurance claims for fraud or related investigations.
• Strong report writing and briefing abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse claims files and provide reports to Clients and File Handlers on outcomes.
• Research and locate relevant information to validate or rule out fraud concerns.
• Compile reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraud.
• Prepare witness statements and evidence for civil court proceedings where required.
• Produce proactive intelligence reports using IT tools (iBase, i2, Excel).
• Deliver briefings to lawyers and clients on key facts of investigations.
• Produce intelligence-led fraud risk assessment reports.
