IPS is seeking an Insurance Development Executive to drive growth within its Property Risks team. The role focuses on opening doors and creating opportunities with property portfolios, developers and related professionals.

You will be networking, building credibility and developing strategic relationships rather than managing an inherited book, while working with an experienced property specialist to support delivery and servicing.

Qualificações

• Experience in Commercial Insurance or insurance broking is desirable.
• Proven track record in developing new business and opening doors.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop opportunities with property portfolios, investors, and property professionals.
• Attend networking events and build strategic relationships within the property insurance market.
• Create and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on growth rather than servicing existing books.
• Collaborate with the property specialist and support delivery and client servicing as needed.

I'm working exclusively with a specialist insurance broker looking to appoint an Insurance Development Executive to support the continued growth of an established Property Risks team.

This is a newly created role and an excellent opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its property proposition.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships and creating opportunities. It is not a traditional Account Executive position where you'll inherit a book and spend your time servicing clients. Instead, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with:

• Property Investors
• Portfolio Landlords
• Managing Agents
• Property Management Companies
• Property Developers
• Property Solicitors
• Professional Introducers and Referral Partners

The successful individual will become a visible presence within the property sector, attending networking events, building strategic relationships and identifying opportunities with businesses that own, manage or advise on property portfolios.

You'll work closely with a highly experienced Property specialist who already has an established network and client base. The expectation is that you'll focus on opening doors, creating opportunities and building a pipeline, whilst being supported by a team that can assist with technical delivery and client servicing.

We're keen to speak with experienced Commercial Insurance professionals who have a proven track record in business development. Property experience would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. What's far more important is the ability to build credibility, develop relationships and generate new opportunities.
