Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager levels to join its specialist Insurance Architecture team in the UK. You will work with senior client stakeholders across life, general insurance and pensions, shaping digital transformation and cloud strategies.

You will bridge business and technology, contributing to enterprise and solution architectures and mentoring the next generation of architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology experience, ideally in Financial Services or Insurance.
• Experience across data architecture, cloud, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver enterprise and solution architecture across complex client engagements.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures, roadmaps and transition states.
• Design integration patterns, capability maps and artefacts.
• Bridge between business and technology teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to wider architecture capability.
