Ergo UK Specialty Limited in London is seeking a compliant, customer-focused complaints administrator to support handling and resolution of insurance property complaints. You will ensure adherence to regulatory and group requirements while keeping the customer at the center of business decisions.

You will plan workloads, investigate requests, and respond accurately and efficiently, using judgment to resolve issues and record trends.
