Job summary

Barclays Bank UK PLC is seeking a Commercial and Pricing Manager to propel the insurance business within the UK Retail Bank. You will drive pricing, profitability and commercial strategy with Finance, Product, Sales and external partners to grow revenue while balancing risk.

Based in London or Northampton, the role requires solid commercial acumen, stakeholder management and the ability to influence diverse audiences at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Solid commercial acumen with experience in evaluating investments and allocating resources.
• Experience overseeing P&L and assessing product/service performance.
• Proven ability to manage external suppliers and strategic partners.

• Ability to identify risks, drive optimization, and lead change.
