Job summary

Everywhen is seeking an Insurance Client Services Manager to lead the CS team, maintain strong client relationships, and manage day‑to‑day operations within a proactive, profitable book of business.

You will oversee renewals, administrator duties, recruitment, and training for direct reports while delivering exceptional service across all insurance arrangements and securing competitive premiums for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive insurance broking experience.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of the CS team under the Team Director.
• Ensure accurate renewals processing within company procedures.
• Oversee admin for Account Handlers (holidays, sickness, absence).
• Recruitment planning and interview/training for new team members.
• Address performance issues promptly and appropriately.
• Set personal development plans and conduct appraisals for direct reports.
• Provide a high‑quality service to existing clients on all insurance arrangements; review and arrange cover at competitive premiums.
• Handle new business, mid‑term adjustments and renewals according to company terms.
• Answer telephone enquiries or route to the appropriate colleague.
