Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Egham is seeking a Client Advisor to service a dedicated portfolio of clients with a range of commercial insurance products. The role supports both new and existing clients and offers an induction plus opportunities to pursue chartered insurance qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Experience in insurance or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to a portfolio of clients with commercial insurance products.
• Manage renewals, invoicing and quotes for clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products where appropriate.
• Respond to client queries and maintain strong insurer relationships.
