You will champion fair outcomes, support Account Executives, and keep administration organised to ensure smooth service.

Formación

• Experience in Insurance is essential and claims knowledge preferred.
• Solid understanding of general insurance principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through claims from first call to settlement.
