Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a Claims Handler to join our Telford office. You will use your knowledge of the Insurance Industry to build strong client relationships and deliver end-to-end motor claims service.

The role focuses on reporting, chasing and advising customers from First Notification of Loss through to settlement. We welcome applicants with insurance experience and strong customer service skills, and who can use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel effectively.

Qualifications

• Some insurance experience
• Strong Customer Service Experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge – Word, Outlook, Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end claims service for motor claims and related client interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
• Report, chase and advise customers on their claims
• Liaise from First Notification of Loss through to settlement of claims
