We’re looking for talent: experienced claims experts who relish challenges and provide solutions. Previous property claims handling experience is an advantage, but we’d like to hear from you if you have a similar commercial background.

Essential:

• - Insurance experience - Claims Admin, FNOL, Claims Handling etc
• - Evidenced ability to plan and organise workload.
• - Ability to empathise and communicate at all levels
• - Strong Customer Skills
• - Ability to work in a structured manner to drive for quality
• - High personal standards of service delivery as a core skill.
• - Good communication skills with all stakeholders

Desirable:

• - Knowledge of Domestic/ Commercial claims with the ability to confidently deal up to the value of £50K.
• - Ability to negotiate & settle claims using a variety of methods in line with TCF and Client requirements
• - Good communication skills with all stakeholders
• - Highly experienced in resolving difficult & complex claims
• - Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively including report writing.
• - Technical competence and experience of handling property losses up to an agreed value.
