Job summary

Webber Hughes Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a self-driven claims technician to join our desk-based team. The role is home based with occasional office visits (one per quarter) and requires proactive handling of building and property claims towards settlement.

You will liaise with claimants, insurers and internal teams, assess contractor estimates, negotiate settlements, and settle claims under delegated authority.

• Previous buildings/property claims experience

We are seeking a self-driven and confident claims technician, who has the drive to grow within the business and excel their career. The role is home based with occasional office visits (1 a quarter), so the ability to be self-motivated is an absolute must. The main duties and responsibilities will be to work as part of our desk-based team to drive claims towards settlement. Further to the above you will:
