Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Case Manager - Client Advisor/Account Handler in its Restructuring & Recovery Practice. You will build relationships with clients and insurers, apply insurance knowledge to complex situations, and support best outcomes with proactive service.

You will work closely with Client Service Directors to deliver tailored strategies, manage queries, renewals, and amendments, while upholding SLAs and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiar with Acturis platform.
• Broad understanding of risk in insurance and loss.
• Knowledge of Property Damage, BI, Liabilities, Eng, Motor, Marine, Fidelity, Environmental risk.
• Ability to understand diverse industries and exposures.
• Understanding of HSE and risk management principles.
• Experience in insurance placement and risk advisory roles.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to align with client objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Apply core insurance principles to manage straightforward and complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and SLAs.
• Deliver exceptional client service across all account management aspects.
• Identify opportunities for process and service improvements with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enquiries and tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Client Service Directors to shape client strategies.
• Handle day-to-day client queries, renewals, amendments promptly.
• Coordinate with other units for seamless workflows.
• Develop internal networks to support growth of the unit.
