Job summary

Luxoft DXC Technology Company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with insurance domain background to join a NDA-protected project. You will work with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to analyse requirements and enable delivery within a large-scale programme.

You will translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain traceability, and support change management across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a BA in complex delivery environments.
• Experience or knowledge of Life Insurance and Protection domains.
• Strong requirements management, documentation, and traceability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to align with product vision and roadmap.
• Support end-to-end product delivery across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Translate complex business problems into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and trace requirements throughout the lifecycle with solution alignment.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts within large-scale programmes.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices within the product workstream.
