Job summary

Eames Consulting is recruiting a Business Analyst for a leading global specialty insurer in London. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, owning requirements from discovery through delivery as part of a major digital transformation to build a new underwriting workbench that modernises workflows and drives automation.

You will gather and document requirements (use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams), assess feasibility with developers and architects, support integration design

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Experience in insurance, ideally with underwriting platforms/policy admin systems.
• Strong grasp of insurance processes and policy lifecycle.

Responsibilities

You'll be the key link between business stakeholders and tech teams, owning requirements from discovery through to delivery.

You'll:

• Gather and document business requirements (use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams)
• Assess feasibility and trade-offs with developers and architects
• Support integration design with data engineers and third-party vendors
• Present solutions across the business
• Support testing and change adoption

You'll need:

• A good number of years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in insurance, ideally with underwriting platforms/policy admin systems
• Strong grasp of insurance processes and policy lifecycle
