Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an Insurance Broking Sales Executive in Bradford to develop new business, convert prospects, and grow an existing book. Expect a base of £40,000–£50,000 with uncapped commission, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

The role requires experience in insurance sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Acturis or similar CRM systems to tailor insurance solutions and drive targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance brokerage or insurer sales environment.
• Proven ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Acturis or similar CRM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, identifying insurance needs.
• Prepare tailored quotations and recommendations.
• Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms and premiums.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage renewals and maintain accurate client records.
