Purpose of the Role

This exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join our Client Money team in Leeds. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, process-driven, and results-oriented individual with strong attention to detail who can manage their own time and workload. Our modern office is located in Leeds city centre, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the train and bus station, along a bus route.

What You Will Do

This overview highlights key responsibilities:

  1. Perform reconciliation and processing activities across Cash Posting and Allocation.
  2. Work with your manager to set and achieve yearly objectives. Manage your workload to meet Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  3. Build relations with other IBA departments, internal Brokers, and businesses to investigate and resolve queried transactions to prevent delays.
  4. Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
  5. Assist with audit requests and process walk-through exercises.
  6. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations.
