Job summary

The International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) in Saffron Walden is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. This role focuses on building client relationships, handling queries, and delivering excellent service.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with a supportive, friendly team. We offer a generous bonus structure and opportunities to gain CII or ACII qualifications, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.

Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
