Everywhen in Redruth is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our friendly team. You will become the first contact for a designated client portfolio, delivering timely responses and proactive service to protect and grow client relationships.

This role offers a basic salary relative to experience, a generous bonus structure, Monday to Friday hours, and benefits that support wellbeing and professional development at the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers.

Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday (no weekends here!) earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
