Everywhen is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our growing teams across the UK. You will manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them through their insurance journey—from new business through renewals—while building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

The role offers training, a supportive culture and a clear path for development within one of the UK's largest independent insurance brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance is beneficial, with training provided for those new to the field.
• Attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and insurers by phone and email.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive problem-solving are key to success.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio
• Help achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Act as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries
• Respond to requests promptly and resolve issues efficiently
• Check insurer documentation and resolve discrepancies before issuing to clients
• Maintain accurate client records in line with processes and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a professional and responsive service via phone, email and other channels
