Based in Ilford, Essex, our client is a successful, established general insurance broker. They are seeking to hire a confident and versatile broker / account handler to place and service a broad spectrum of UK business / commercial insurance covers.

In this role, you will work closely with new and existing clients to create bespoke insurance solutions that are fit for purpose and offer excellent value.

Overview

• Understand a client's insurance needs and risk profile
• Prepare broking presentations
• Identify suitable insurers and products
• Negotiate to obtain the best cover and rates
• Provide guidance and support throughout the placement process and during the lifecycle of the policy
• Develop long-term relationships that create loyalty and trust
