COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER

Hybrid home/North East Essex based role

Clark James Insurance Recruitment is working with a prestigious insurance broker currently looking to appoint an experienced commercially trained Account Handler to join their busy team.

The Role

1. Service a portfolio of business through renewals, adjustments, queries, and other issues on the accounts.
2. Actively participate in broking new business to market, liaising with insurers and negotiating the best terms.
3. Handle a wide range of commercial classes including Property, Liability, Combined, Fleet, PA, among others.
4. Manage schemes dealing with areas such as Media, Entertainment, and Sports under Lloyds binder.

The Person

• Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, Broker, or Underwriter.
• Looking to join an expanding niche business.
• Insurance qualifications are preferred but not essential; the right candidate should be committed, resilient, and experienced in multi-tasking.
