Institutional Sales Role Overview
The institutional sales team offers an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your high-net-worth clientele within the emerging crypto industry. You will be involved in the entire client journey, from onboarding to the development of innovative crypto products tailored to your clients' needs. If you join our operations team, you'll work with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to the expansion of our infrastructure.

- Take ownership and lead efforts in identifying and pitching to institutional leads.
- Celebrate diverse successes, from onboarding clients to launching unique crypto instruments.
- Customize and craft products, bringing traditional financial services into the crypto space, and explore additional offerings like credit and custody with team support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to institutional client leads.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Attend conferences and represent the company to increase awareness among institutional players.
- Engage in community outreach and attend crypto gatherings to expand our institutional presence.
- Research market and competitor trends in crypto institutional services.
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements.
- Propose new crypto institutional offerings.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, gather feedback, and suggest product improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Transaction volume of clients.
- Revenue and profit generated.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in Institutional Outbound Sales.
- At least 1 year experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or Web3 outbound sales, preferably with exchanges, custodians, or prime brokers.
- Knowledge of institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking.
- Existing network or client base in the crypto space, including hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and custody clients.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships, acquiring institutional clients, and drafting agreements.
- Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken; samples of writing and presentations are welcome.
