St Joseph's Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, Surrey, is hiring a General Assistant (Cleaning) to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment across our site. The role runs 10:00am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £26,232–£27,086 per year.

You will join our Estates and Facilities team and contribute to the welfare and education of our students aged 5–19. The position requires resilience and reliability, with training including Team Teach during induction.

About the role

As a General Assistant (Cleaning), you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment across our site.

You will be physically, mentally and emotionally resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Due to our semi-rural location, own transport is preferred.

Training & Commitment
